Krispy Kreme - Movie Snacks (2025)

1. OVERVIEW: The Krispy Kreme® Doughnuts for a Year & Hulu Subscription Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) begins on Monday, February 17, 2025, at 12:00 am ET, and ends on Friday, February 21, 2025, at 11:59 pm ET (the “Entry Period”). Entrants unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Colombia (collectively, the “Territory”) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. You must be an existing Krispy Kreme® Rewards member or sign up for Krispy Kreme® Rewards during the Entry Period to be eligible to win. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win prizes in the Giveaway: any person who, during the Entry Period, was or is: (a) a Krispy Kreme® store or franchise owner or employee; (b) a director, officer, employee, agent, or independent contractor of Sponsor, or its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates or service agencies; or any entities retained by Sponsor for the administration of the Giveaway; and (c) an immediate family member of, or who resides in the same household as, any person in any of the preceding categories. Void outside the Territory and where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. PRIZE: Sponsor will award 10 Prizes. Each Prize consists of (1) a Hulu digital gift card valued at $250 that can be redeemed for a 1-year Hulu (No Ads) subscription or applied towards an alternative Hulu subscription and (1) 12 Krispy Kreme® Original Glazed® Dozens rewards issued to the winning Krispy Kreme® Rewards accounts one at a time once a month for a year starting on March 1, 2025, and ending on February 28, 2026. Hulu gift cards are subject to the full terms and conditions available at https://www.hulu.com/terms/gifting. Each Prize has an ARV of $429.88, plus tax, at current pricing. Total estimate ARV for all prizes is $4298.80, plus tax. Prize is subject to any additional terms or restrictions printed on the coupon. No transfer, cash, or other substitution of a Prize is permitted except Sponsor may substitute a Prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason. Prizes may not be replaced if lost or stolen. Any difference between the approximate retail value and the actual value will not be awarded.

4. ENTRY: Entrants are not required to make a purchase in order to be eligible to win a Prize. There are two methods of entry for a chance to win. Odds of winning vary depending on the number of eligible participants that enter during the Entry Period.

1. In-Store Method of Entry: To enter the Giveaway via the In-Store Method of Entry, an entrant must be a Krispy Kreme® Rewards member at the time of purchase and must have opted in to receive emails from Krispy Kreme®. If you are not a Krispy Kreme® Rewards member, visit https://www.krispykreme.com/rewards and register in accordance with the registration instructions for a free account. Via the In-Store Method of Entry, an entrant is automatically entered to win Krispy Kreme® Doughnuts for a Year & Hulu Subscription when the entrant purchases a limited time offer Krispy Kreme® Movie Snacks Collection Specialty Dozen at a participating Krispy Kreme® store or via the Krispy Kreme® mobile app during the Entry Period.

2. Survey Method of Entry: To enter the Giveaway via the Survey Method of Entry, an entrant must be a Krispy Kreme® Rewards member and must have opted in to receive emails from Krispy Kreme®. If you are not a Krispy Kreme® Rewards member, visit https://www.krispykreme.com/rewards and register in accordance with the registration instructions for a free account. The survey will be sent to Krispy Kreme® Rewards members via email or be found at www.krispykreme.com/rewardsgiveaway. Krispy Kreme® Reward members form entry must be completed by the entrant in its entirety and without the use or assistance of a bot or other automated system.

Entrants will receive one entry for each purchase of a Krispy Kreme® Movie Snacks Collection Specialty Dozen or completed survey. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services) will void all entries by that entrant. Sponsor or representative acting on behalf of Sponsor reserves the right to screen entries. In Sponsor’s sole discretion, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and remove any entry submission it deems does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. Entrant agrees that if entrant’s entry is contested in any manner for any reason whatsoever, Sponsor or representative acting on behalf of Sponsor may disqualify that entry and discontinue use without notification.

In case of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the entry will be considered to have been made by the Authorized Account Holder of the Krispy Kreme® Rewards account regardless of the individual that submitted the entry. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple entrants using or having the Krispy Kreme® Rewards account, the authorized account holder of the email address account identified with the Krispy Kreme® Rewards account at the time of entry submission will be deemed to be the entrant. Sponsor reserves the right to deem that the entry was submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or any organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entrant may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holder and required to produce proof of identity. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor.

Potential winners may be subject to verification of eligibility by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Giveaway. Winners are solely responsible for all other expenses and not specified herein, including but not limited to applicable taxes.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential Prize winners will be notified by the Sponsor by email and must respond to the email with any required verification information within 3 calendar days after its transmission. A potential Prize winner’s failure to respond to the notification email within 3 calendar days after its transmission will result in disqualification and the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate will be selected. Prizes will then be fulfilled to the winners to the mailing addresses provided by email within 2-4 weeks after verification. Return of any Prize or email as undeliverable will result in disqualification and Prize will be forfeited and an alternate will be selected.

6. PERSONAL INFORMATION: Information collected from a participant in this Giveaway will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, which is available at https://www.krispykreme.com/legal/privacy-policy. The entrant agrees to the collection, processing and storage of his/her/their personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of the Giveaway.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information or late, lost, stolen, unintelligible, illegible, damaged, mutilated, altered, incomplete, or misdirected entries or entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer online systems, computer equipment, website, server provider, network, hardware or software; (c) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any website or service; (d) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (e) printing, typographical, electronic or human errors which may occur in the offer or administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant’s computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway, or from viewing, playing or downloading any material from Sponsor’s website(s) or applications, regardless of whether the material was prepared by Sponsor or a third party.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating in the Giveaway, each participant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final, binding and non-appealable. Any normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by entrants’ online/phone service will apply and are entrants’ sole responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for any compatibility issues with entrant’s device/browser used for entry. Entries become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entrants associated with potential winning entries may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the email address assigned by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address may be disqualified. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site/device, or undermine the legitimate operations of the Giveaway, is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extent permitted by law and to disqualify such entrant from the Giveaway. In the event the Giveaway is compromised or impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, outbreak of widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar occurrence, civil unrest or any other problem or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Giveaway and select the Prize winners from among all eligible entries received during each Entry Period prior to cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete entries. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway; violates the Terms and Conditions; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

9. RELEASE: By participation in Giveaway, entrants and Prize winners release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, local advertising cooperatives, advertising/promotion agencies, and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents (the “Giveaway Entities”) from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Terms and Conditions or the announcement or offering of any prize. Where allowed by a law, each winner grants Sponsor the irrevocable, unrestricted worldwide right to use, publish, display, broadcast and distribute materials bearing his/her name, voice, image, likeness and/or any other identifiable representation of winner, including, but not limited to, statements attributable to them (“Winner’s Likeness”), and each winner releases and forever discharges Sponsor from any and all claims, liabilities and damages relating to the use of Winner’s Likeness.

10. DISPUTES: Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in federal or state courts located in Charlotte, North Carolina; entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of North Carolina for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Giveaway but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of entrant or Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of North Carolina, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of North Carolina.

11. Winners List: Send an email to acocker@kripsykreme.com with the subject line “Movie Snacks Rewards Giveaway” within thirty (30) days after Friday, February 27, 2025, to receive a list of winners.
